2.3 Prohibited Users

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• Multiple accounts operated by the same individual
• Money laundering activities or fraudulent transactions
• Collusion, cheating, or use of automated betting software (bots)
• Breach of any terms set forth in this agreement

During any investigation, your account balance may be frozen. If misconduct is confirmed, 77play reserves the right to confiscate funds and permanently close your account.

7.2 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. To close your account:

• You must withdraw or forfeit any remaining balance

• Pending bets must be settled before closure

7.3 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 may be deducted from dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 77play operates its license. Where specific Indonesian consumer protection laws apply, those provisions shall take precedence.

8.3 Dispute Resolution Process
